This support is usually provided through a combination of scheduled onsite support visits, helpdesk support and onsite support service calls.

  • Scheduled onsite visits to address general maintenance requirements, review operations and guarantee the smooth
  • Running of ICT and other related systems on board a vehicle.

HandsOn provides you with the ability to place support requests on our Zendesk powered helpdesk and you can receive assistance in the following areas:

  • Installation or Removal of Equipment
  • Planned System Maintenance
  • Systems Upgrades

  • Helpdesk Support

HandsOn may, at its own discretion, use the following methods to provide the above support where it is required outside of a scheduled onsite visit:

  • Discussion and advice via email, telephone or remote access
  • Remote access to the hardware installed where access is made available
  • Onsite visit by one of our certified Engineers.

Engineers attending may require access to the following to be able to undertake the required tasks:

  • Physical access to Vehicles and other Assets
  • Any computer hardware and software required for the proper support of the equipment in question
  • Remote access information and procedures where necessary
  • Manuals and Documentation
  • Access to a suitable work areas equipped with a desk or workbench, with access to necessary facilities when required
  • After hours contact details where support is required outside of operating hours.
  • Access to parking facilities where available
